To kick off a week of Structures Awards reveals, the Silicon Valley Business Journal on Monday announced the first batch of honorees for its annual celebration of commercial real estate projects and deals.
First up are the new office projects SVBJ editors have decided are the best of the best. They are:
Later today, we’ll announce winners in the following categories: Build-to-Suit, Green, Industrial, Facades and Interior. On Tuesday, we’ll reveal the honorees for multi-family residential projects: Market-rate, Affordable and Mixed-use. On Wednesday, we’ll tell you about the winners for Hospitality, Education, Civic, Community Impact and Retail. And to close things out on Thursday, we’ll announce the signature Structures Awards for Best Developer, Best Dealmakers and Best Deal of the year, as well as the latest Milestone Project.
