SEATTLE — Three small old commercial buildings recently sold for just over $4.9 million, according to King County records. The seller, via three LLCs, was a local family that owned the properties for two decades or more.
The buyer was Catera Holdings LLC, which is associated with two Eastside families. Public records indicate a loan from Sound Credit Union.
